1. Custom Items Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items. All sales of custom products are final. We encourage you to double-check your order details, including text, design, and specifications, before finalizing your purchase.

2. Errors and Corrections If you receive a custom item that contains an error due to our mistake (e.g., misspelling, incorrect design), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to correct the error and ensure your satisfaction. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a correction at no additional cost.

3. Non-Custom Items For non-custom items, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If an item is found to be defective, it may be replaced at the discretion of the shop owner. Proof of the defect, such as clear photos or other documentation, may be required before a replacement is issued.
